Accessing the Subscription Manager
To access the Subscription Manager, open Market Analyst 6. Go to the Settings menu along the top of the program window and select Subscription Manager from the list of options displayed.Note: You must be connected to the internet to access the Subscription Manager.

The Subscription Manager is broken into 5 sections:
Client Details: From this section you can update your Name, Address, Email and Phone contact details.

Billing Details: From this section you can update your Payment Frequency (Monthly or Yearly), Payment Method (Credit Card, Cheque or Direct Deposit) and your credit card details.

Market Analyst Configuration: From this section you can see the current edition of Market Analyst you have access to (Lite, Professional, Gann and Astronomical Edition). If you are subscribing to Market Analyst you can adjust the edition you are accessing from this section. Data exchanges are also listed here and can be added or removed by ticking / unticking any of the listed exchanges.

Add-On Products: If you are subscribing to Market Analyst, there are a number of tool groups you can add to your existing edition of Market Analyst. The monthly price for each tool group is displayed on the right hand side of the window.

Note: If you have upgraded from Market Analyst 5 to Market Analyst 6 on a purchased license you will only be able to see add-on modules already enabled on your program. If you would like to add additional tool groups to your program you will need to contact the Market Analyst Sales Team.
Subscription Information: Listed in this window is your next billing date for the program / data, and the cost. You can also cancel your program / data subscription from this window.

View Invoice History: Located on the bottom right corner of the Subscription Manager window is a button labelled as View Invoice History. Click this button to view the details of all your previous invoices from Market Analyst.

Save Changes: Located under each section in the Subscription Manager is a Save Changes button. If you adjust any of the information in this window you must click the Save Changes button before it will take effect. If you close the Subscription Manager down without saving the changes, they will have no effect in the program.
Note: Some items, such as adding or removing data exchanges to your subscription will not take effect until the Market Analyst program is restarted. A prompt alerting you to this will be displayed if a change requiring you to restart is made.
Other Windows you may now encounter...
In addition to the new Subscription Manager window, there are a couple of new windows that may display when you login to Market Analyst:Credit Card Details Update: In the event your credit card payment fails, or the card expires, Market Analyst will prompt you to enter in new card details. You can ignore this window and continue entering the program without entering new card details if you wish, however please note it may cause your subscription to lapse.

Subscription Due to be Renewed: If you have a yearly subscription to data, or to the Market Analyst program, 2 weeks before the renewal date this window will display. Listed will be the a summary of your current subscription, renewal amount, and the date the subscription needs to be renewed by to prevent any outages with your program / data access. You can ignore this window if you wish and continue logging into the program.

Subscription Cancelled: In the event you cancel your subscription to Market Analyst a window will display each time you log in to the program displaying the number of days you have left before access to the program expires. You can choose to renew your subscription from this window at any stage if you wish, or you can continue opening the program.
