1. CFD Calc tool can only be applied once per chart now. If you try to add the tool again it will simply open the Calc window of the existing entry.
2. CFD Calc tool - Option Expiry Date will no longer reset itself once the Calc window is closed and re-opened.
3. CFD Calc tool - The Dividend value will have no effect if the Ex Date occurs after the Option Expiry Date.
4. CFD Calc tool - The TNYM % value was not displaying the correct value the first time a chart was re-opened from a workbook. This has been resolved.
