Version 5.0 RC1 Build 12

  1. Clients who've reported issues logging into Market Analyst 5, please do not run this update. The permanent solution to this issue will be included in the next update, planned to be released mid next week.
  2. Added ability to change Password via the General Settings window.
  3. Workbook corruption caused by closing a single page workbook via the close (X) button on the top right corner of the chart window has been resolved.
  4. Bug reports being generated when various MA4 workbooks were imported into MA5 have now been resolved.
  5. Notes charts will now tile along side a chart you have open instead of opening a new page tab.
  6. Time Price Labels - the anchor lines no longer go through the label text.
  7. Gann Angles - 3x1 and 1x3 lines have been added as default angles for this tool.
  8. Live Data - A setting has been added to the Chart Properties section (Inactivity Indicator) which allows you to adjust the length of time that needs to pass after the last trade was made, before the green price box turns red.

  1. Square of 9 Chart - If the selected price is set to a value not currently displayed on the chart, additional rings are now added automatically.
  2. 3rd Party Exchange folders can now be deleted via the Settings window.
  3. Added the ability to show planets inside the Wheel 24 chart (like the Hexagon Chart).
  4. The Most Recently Used Workbook list on the Home page will now display workbooks that are saved in locations other than the default directory.
  5. Chart backgrounds can now be adjusted via the Settings - Colour Scheme window. Once a Custom Colour Scheme is selected clicking on the chart background in the preview window will let you adjust the colour.
  6. Cycle Pages - Pressing any key or left clicking anywhere on the chart while pages are cycling will now stop the cycle process.
  7. Text Boxes are now saving in workbooks correctly.
  8. Keep Open button added to the Data File Selector window. When enabled, the Data File Selector window will automatically re-open after you open a chart.
  9. Resolved - Adding multiple levels to certain tools at one time generated a bug report.
  10. Various issues encountered with the importation of Market Analyst 4 Workbooks into Market Analyst 5 have been resolved.
  11. Added Feature - Hovering over a tool in the structures panel highlights it on the chart.
  12. Tools menu now remains visible if a workbook containing only 1 page is undocked.
  13. Resolved - Changing page name does not update until you change the page.
  14. Change - Sections listed in the General Sections window are now ordered Alphabetically.
  15. Adjusting the colour scheme of bar / candlestick charts now works correctly.
  16. Added Feature - Market Analyst 4 intraday cached data files are now imported with the EOD data.
  17. Added Feature - The grids colour can now be adjusted via General Settings - Colour Scheme.
  18. Change - Third selection point added to the Trend band allowing you to adjust the position of the tool once applied to the chart.
